General Policies

• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation
• Once the meal planned is confirmed, it can’t be changed.
• Check-in/Check-out time is 11 AM.

Cancellation Policies

• If cancelled one month prior to the arrival date, one full day charges.
• If cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total billing.
• If cancelled a week prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost.
• Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
• No refund for unexpected departures.

Extra Fee

• Service Charge: 10% on Actual Tariff.
• Extra Bed @ 40% on the above mentioned tariff.
• Child without Bed above 6 years 30% of the tariff.

Please Note

• Above rates do not include GST as it is not yet implemented in Leh, if applicable 28% GST extra on above include all taxes.
